Public service is a strategic instrument in supporting the growth of the creative economy, particularly in sectors rooted in culture, arts, and technology. This community engagement program was carried out at the Department of Culture and Tourism of Bandung Regency with the aim of analyzing the implementation of public services in strengthening the regional creative economy ecosystem. The applied method emphasized participatory, collaborative, and practical approaches, including observation, administrative assistance, technical involvement in certification training (HKI, TRENDsetter, RE:SOLUSI, and VISION), promotion through the SIM BARRAYA platform, as well as collaboration with universities and creative communities.The findings indicate that public service plays a crucial role in enhancing the capacity of creative economy actors through education and training, expanding market access via digital branding strategies, and facilitating creative interaction through the provision of public infrastructure. The Department of Culture and Tourism of Bandung Regency has also successfully fostered multi-stakeholder collaboration that drives innovation, including the application of Artificial Intelligence-based technology in marketing. Nevertheless, challenges remain in optimizing infrastructure, improving human resource quality, and adapting to technological advancements. Overall, adaptive and innovative public service implementation has the potential to create an inclusive, sustainable, and globally competitive creative economy ecosystem. Strengthening these strategies is expected not only to support the development of MSMEs and the tourism sector in Bandung Regency but also to contribute significantly to the advancement of the national creative economy.
