Abstract

Price changes represent a strategic challenge for manufacturing companies in maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction. This study analyzes the process of sales price changes at PT. APP Purinusa Ekapersada Bandung and the role of pengabdian participants in optimizing price administration. The service program was conducted through three main stages: observation and problem identification, active participation, and evaluation with improvement recommendations. The findings indicate that price changes are influenced by internal factors, such as interdepartmental coordination and document validation, as well as external factors, including raw material fluctuations and market dynamics. The SAP system implemented by the company supports structured recording, revision, and validation of prices, although manual verification still slows the process. Pengabdian participants contributed directly by organizing documents, inputting customer price revisions, and validating invoices, which accelerated workflow, improved data accuracy, and supported operational transparency and efficiency. This study emphasizes that price adjustment strategies require cross-functional coordination, effective use of information technology, and proactive communication with customers to maintain competitiveness and loyalty in a dynamic business environment.
