Pelatihan Penggunaan Aplikasi Ibis Paint X Dalam Pembuatan Desain Busana Digital

Abstract

Advancements in digital technology offer various opportunities to enhance creativity in the field of fashion design. One useful program is IbisPaint, a user-friendly digital drawing platform equipped with a variety of interesting features. Although this application is very helpful for designing clothes digitally, its use is still limited among aspiring designers and vocational school instructors due to a lack of training and understanding. To address this issue, a special training session was held for fashion design students to help them design clothes more easily in the upcoming semester. The goal of this training was to help participants better understand and master the use of IbisPaint. The materials covered included an introduction to the application, techniques for drawing simple fashion designs, and practical steps for adding patterns to clothing. The training used a combination of lectures, hands-on practice, guided drawing sessions, and one-on-one mentoring. At the end of the session, participants were asked to present their design results. The outcome showed increased confidence and ability among the participants in creating appealing digital designs. This training also contributed to enhancing the use of technology in vocational education
