Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of market supply and demand which can influence the selling price of one of the hottest agricultural commodities, namely red chilies. As we know, the red chili market will not die, whether it is households or the food industry, everyone will more or less need red chilies as an ingredient in their cooking. This research applies data collection methods as well as case studies to find out what factors influence the determination of selling prices
