Abstract

Demand refers to consumers' desire for goods at various prices, while supply indicates the amount of goods that producers are willing to sell. The capital market connects investors with companies through trading instruments such as stocks and bonds. PT Sinar Andesto Mandiri experiences stable demand for its services, but sometimes faces challenges such as declining consumer interest in retail goods. This situation resulted in the company's revenue and stock value declining, causing concern for investors. To recover, the company implemented strategies to innovate and adapt, including emphasizing service quality and guaranteeing the safety of delivered goods to regain consumer confidence and stabilize demand.
